Matt Stawinski
Customer Service Representative
Matt joined the Hartman Group in August 2025 as a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative in our State College office. He is responsible for providing customer service to existing personal lines clients and supporting the coordination of new business efforts. Matt earned his Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) designation.
Prior to Hartman, Matt worked as a personal lines account manager for an independent insurance agency in Monroeville, managing a book of existing PL business. Matt is originally from the Pittsburgh area but currently resides in Altoona with his wife Ellie.
