Joe joined the Hartman Group in July 2015 as an Account Executive. He works in the State College office with the commercial lines team providing service to our property and casualty and surety bond clients.
Joe is originally from the State College area and earned a degree in Business Administration, Marketing Emphasis with a Spanish minor from Susquehanna University. For the previous two and half years he worked as a Commercial Lines Underwriter with Cincinnati Financial Corporation.
Joe entered the insurance industry after working as a financial and brand analyst for a large consumer packaged goods company in Philadelphia and Mexico City. He has also earned his CPCU (Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter), ARM (Associate in Risk Management) and AINS (Associate in General Insurance) professional designations.
